February 2009 Newsletter

Hello Yogis!

As we welcome February, we would like to share with you some of the upcoming special events at our Studio.  In celebration of Valentine's Day this year, we have a special 90 minute hot yoga* class led by Diana on Saturday, 2/14 at 5:45pm at the Studio.  All levels are welcome!  Come with your hot date or come alone and enjoy the company of your fellow hot yogis.  As always, bring your regular Bikram yoga gear. Reserve your spot by 2/7/09.  The fee for this session is $20.  This event is subject to cancellation based on attendance and all fees will be refunded in case of cancellation.

  • Due to popular demand by some of our crazy yogis, we are hosting a special Sunrise Advanced Flow Class** on Saturday, February 7 @ 7am led by Diana. If you are not sure you can do the advanced flow, please talk to Diana at the studio to get more information.  No reservation required.   As always, bring your regular Bikram yoga gear. Please arrive by 6:45am preferably awake and hydrated. Fee for this event is $17.

  • You all have been so good keeping up with your practice through the month of January, so we are offering a special 3-month membership package during the month of February to help you continue practicing through the spring. The special rate is $360(reg. $400).

Before you know it, it will be swimsuit season.  To get you psyched for the summer, we will have our 30 Day Challenge starting sometime this spring.  Stay tuned for more details.

Finally, as we weather this snowy season, in case of inclement weather, please call our studio phone line for the most updated class closings, etc. about 1 hour before the class time. Safety is our number one priority.  We may cancel classes in case of icy roads, etc.

In the Spirit of the Year of the Ox, Let our yoga practice help us to build a stronger mind and body.  Like an ox, we will be able to persevere anything that life throws at us.

Looking forward to seeing you in the hot room!

Namaste,
