Join Debby in exploring the foundations of flow yoga. With a better understanding of alignment, you can build more strength, avoid injury, and bring ease to your practice.
Learn common vinyasa postures so you can attend flow classes with confidence! We will break down Warrior I, Warrior II, Down Dog, Up Dog, Plank, the transition from High to Low Plank, and more.
Students of all levels are welcome to attend this fun and informative class. Bring along friends and family who are new to yoga!
