Special Yin Yoga Class

Join Debby on Sunday 8/28 at 4pm for a special yin class to help raise $ for the World Central Kitchen. Bring blocks, straps, pillows/bolsters along with your regular yoga gear. The room will be heated to 80-90 degrees. Open to all levels.

POP-UP Chair Yoga

Join Natalya for the premier of Chair Yoga, a practice that modifies yoga poses so that they can be done while seated on a chair.

This class is for all levels and helps with pain, balance, specific injuries or blood pressure issues.
