Bikram Hot 90 Music Class

This 90 minute class follows 26+2 series in silence with limited verbal commands and set to music. This class is suitable for students who have a regular Bikram practice and know the series fairly well. It’s a nice meditative practice allowing you to practice a more intense mindfulness of your personal practice.

New students are welcome.

A 60 minute format of the 26+2 series. This class is for those who love the traditional style Bikram class but are short on time. Teachers bring their own individual style and creativity to the flow and sets of postures offered.

This 90 minute class follows 26+2 series with a TWIST! Second sets include variations of postures from other traditions and lineages of yoga. A complementary practice that blends the tradition and structure of Bikram with the challenge of variational postures.

Vinyasa; movement with breath. This 90 minute class consists of sun salutations varied with standing postures building internal heat, full body strength, and flexibility while detoxifying the body. Breathing into and exiting from each posture is key to this fluid movement class. Class ends with floor postures and stretches.
